MechaSurf = Mechanical Surfacer is a reproduction of the surfacer that Mr. NAOKI usually mixes and uses for his prototype/model production. The colors are darker than the usual surfacers, so they can be used not only as a “base,” which is the primary purpose of surfaces, but also as a “color” for internal mechanisms, frames, and weapons.
Since only one layer of paint is needed instead of the usual two layers of buffing and paint, it reduces rubbing/peeling on moving parts and shortens the work time.
